Mews Property, Belgravia, London
We recently completed a high end development of a mews property in Belgravia. The project was challenging due to various physical and regulatory matters. The property had been unmodernised for the previous 30 years. With careful planning we managed to increase the square footage along with the value of the property. We worked closely alongside Grosvenor Estates in ensuring we complied to the guidelines set out by them. The project came in on budget and was completed in nine months.
Townhouse, Hampstead
This 3 storey townhouse was completed in January 2020. The property had been unmodernised for 15 years and we obtained detailed planning consent from Camden Council to create additional square footage to provide an additional bathroom, utility room and living room. The property is part of a gated development located besides Hampstead Heath train station. This was a technically challenging project as we had to overcome numerous issues pertaining to utilities and Transport for London (Tfl) requirements. The project was completed within 9 months and was on budget.
West End, Glasgow
This is duplex development was completed within six months. We converted an entire townhouse into two 4 bed residential units. The property was previously used as an office premises. A complete refurbishment and renovation was required along with detailed planning consent as it was a listed property.
Golden Triangle, Norwich
The property was unmodernised for the past 30 years. It was totally refurbished in 2020 by changing the layout and adding additional bathrooms and bringing it in line with modern contemporary living.
UEA, Norwich
Detailed planning consent was acquired to construct three new build properties on a vacant plot of land besides the UEA. This specific site was challenging due to the ground conditions. Extensive Micro piling was required along with specialist retention walls. The entire process from planning consent to the final handover of keys was completed within 12 months.
